The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Gables Residential will move its headquarters from Vinings to Buckhead this fall.

The company, which owns, develops and manages apartment communities, signed a 10-year lease to occupy approximately 21,000 square feet in The Lenox Building, 3399 Peachtree Road.

The decision to relocate to Buckhead was based in part on the new location’s proximity to MARTA and Ga. 400, Gables’ executives said. The Lenox Building is a 20-story, 350,000-square-foot Class A office space connected to Lenox Square Mall and the JW Marriott hotel.
