Four hospitals sell for $102 million

CB Richard Ellis, a real estate services group, has sold four hospitals owned by Inland American Real Estate Trust, based in Oak Brook, Ill., to Healthcare Trust of America, a real estate investment trust based in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The combined purchase price was approximately $102 million for the long term acute care hospitals that combined have 209 licensed beds.

The hospitals, all under the Select Specialty Hospital brand, are in Augusta, Dallas, Orlando and Tallahassee.
