New York —- The chairman and chief executive of Aaron Rents Inc., which sells and rents furniture, sold 150,400 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Charles R. Loudermilk reported he sold the shares Wednesday and Thursday for $25.25 to $25.64 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.

New chief named to lead Moe's
Atlanta-based Focus Brands announced Tuesday that it had named Paul Damico president of Moe's Southwest Grill, a fast-casual chain with about 400 locations.
Damico was previously chief operating officer for SSP America, which operates restaurant outlets at 42 airports in the United States, Canada and Caribbean.
Focus bought Moe's last year from Raving Brands, another Atlanta-based restaurant group. Focus Brands President and CEO Steve Romaniello has been leading Moe's while it searched for a president.
