COLUMBUS — A company spokeswoman says no one was injured when shots were fired into the 10th and 11th floors of health and disability insurer Aflac’s tower in Columbus.

Laura Kane said two shots, coming from the east side, struck about 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday but neither penetrated the double pane glass.
