A fixture on the Georgia World Congress Center calendar since 2003, the Southeastern Flower Show is moving to the Cobb Galleria Centre for its 2009 show, event sponsors said Wednesday.
In the release, show official Chuck Henry said show visitors have indicated they want free parking — a virtual impossibility at the GWCC's downtown location.

"Our move to the Cobb Galleria Centre will allow us to provide this perk to attendees and exhibitors for the first time in several years," Henry said.
The dates of the 2009 show will be Jan. 28 - Feb. 1.
The show is sponsored by the Southeastern Horticultural Society.
