Ambling dedicates its new rental community

Ashton Browns Mill, a new rental community for active adults 55 years and older at 500 Cleveland Avenue, was dedicated Wednesday.

The multi-million dollar development by Ambling Development Partners, includes 100 one- and two-bedroom units that range from just under 800 square feet to nearly 1,000 square feet. The property has controlled gate access, and the building features security card access.

The facility offers a wide variety of amenities, including a wellness center, computer facilities, hair salon, a community library and well-maintained walking trails on the grounds, according to a news release from Ambling, who is also managing the property.
