Birmingham-based Regions Bank said Monday that it had successfully completed the conversion of customer accounts from the former Integrity Bank, which Regions acquired in August.
Integrity customers now have access to all Regions branches and ATMs, while Regions customers can use the four former Integrity branches in Alpharetta, Cumming, Duluth and Smyrna.
Federal and state regulators shut down Integrity after the bank suffered deep losses stemming from the real estate crisis. Regions acquired Integrity’s $974 million in deposits and $34.4 million of Integrity’s assets.
The four Integrity locations have had Region’s signage for awhile, but former customers are only now fully integrated with Regions.
