Front desk agent Shenandoah Bower, originally from California, helps a hotel guest over the phone at the InterContinental Hotel Buckhead. Although Bower is learning Russian and only knows a little Spanish and French, she tries to use a range of phrases in different languages to make international guests feel welcome.
