Chick-fil-A offers free food for football fans on Labor Day

To celebrate the college football season and promote its new chicken strips, Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A is giving away chicken strips on Labor Day to patrons wearing football-related apparel.

The offer, available Monday from 10:30 a.m. to closing, provides a free three-count of chicken strips. Any football-related logo, including those for youth, college and NFL teams, qualifies.

Chick-fil-A is the title sponsor of Saturday’s Chick-fil-A College Kickoff between the University of Alabama and Clemson University at the Georgia Dome. It’s also a sponsor of ESPN’s College GameDay, which will air Saturday from downtown Atlanta.
