Jane development to have lofts, restaurant, shoppingPublished on: 07/27/08
WHAT IS IT?
The Jane is a mixed-use development featuring commercial space and live/work lofts on Memorial Drive in Grant Park, across from Oakland Cemetery. The 33,000 square feet of commercial space will be anchored by Six Feet Under, the popular seafood restaurant that's moving from its current location down the street. The project also includes eight live/work units ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 2,200 square feet. Loft prices range from $365,000 to $485,750. And the name? Bobby Jones is buried across the road in the cemetery, with his favorite putter he named "Calamity Jane."
