Here are my predictions. The nominees won’t be announced until the 31st, but I like to keep on top of things around here…

I think Peter Jackson/”King Kong” will get slipped into a couple of categories. Money talks to the AMPAS.

Terrence Howard will most definitely be nominated. I don’t know who he will replace on your list…perhaps Russel Crowe? Even though not nominating Russel Crowe is a carnal sin in the land of Oscar.

I think Crash deserves to win for best picture and I think Sandra deserved an Oscar nod

So why didn’t “The Weatherman” get any nods? One of my favorite films with genuine heart and soul in 2006. “Walk the Line”? Are you KIDDING me?
