A $1.4 billion experiment
The Cleveland Plain Dealer on Sunday began a three-day series looking at the pros and cons of charter schools in Ohio. The PD’s reporters estimate Ohio has spent $1.4 billion on charter schools only to see most fail. But the series does point to examples of successful charter schools.
