Fox 7 collecting toys for victims of Bastrop wildfires

Without some help from Central Texans, Christmas may not happen this year for many victims of the Bastrop wildfires.

That’s why Fox 7 and Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers have come together for the Toy Drop for Bastrop.

Drop off unwrapped gifts at any of the area’s four Freddy’s locations — Western Oaks, Pflugerville, Cedar Park and Round Rock — through Sunday. The restaurants are open 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Presents will be distributed to needy Bastrop County families.
