2 Emmys for Austin TV stations

Congratulations are in order for KVUE and KXAN.

Both stations picked up Lone Star Emmy awards this weekend at a ceremony in Houston.

“KVUE News at 6” was named best evening newscast, and KXAN grabbed top honors in the team coverage category for its broadcasts devoted to the Oak Hill wildfires.
