More Longhorn Network goodies
The Longhorn Network launches Friday, but surely you knew that already.
In print, on air and online, the buzz has been unavoidable.
Today we’ve got some behind-the-scenes shots from three commercials that were recently filmed here in Austin. One features coach Mack Brown, another puts Bevo front and center, and some crafty cafeteria ladies are the focus of the third ad.

Still waiting for word on those cable deals. Soon, I’m told.

I just hope that i'll be able to watch my horns. I'm beyond pissed and sick and tired of listening to people not answer questions. As a long time Time Warner customer, I see the writing on the wall, this happened with the NFL network and they say they are still in "negotiations". Considering how expensive my service is, (what with me ordering just about every sports channel available) I can say with absolute certainty without LHN i'll no longer be needing Time Warner.

Less that 48 hours until launch and not a single carrier has been announced for the LHN?
Absolutely Ridiculous. Everything I read though says how they are working with carriers in Texas? Really? Just Texas? 30% of all Horn fans live out of the state of Texas. Us diehard fans that dont get to be in Austin on Gameday have been dreaming of this network for years....and all they are talking about is comcast, and timewarner, and charter and grande and the cable people in Texas? What a joke.
I sure hope DirecTV steps up to the plate. After all....they carry networks like the Oprah network...which is a joke.

Is there anyway to watch LHN online? I'm in Austin and assuming Time Warner Cable will not have a deal by the launch date...

Who's telling you about those cable deals because I have not received any notice that my cable company is planning on carrying LHN?
