Former KVUE anchor Olga Campos lands new job

olga2.JPG

Former KVUE morning and midday anchor Olga Campos has lined up a new job.

Campos, a 16-year veteran who left the station late last month, will team up with local businessman Milton Verret, who is working to raise funds for a variety of Central Texas children’s charities.

But Verret is perhaps best known for spending almost $2 million on Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” jacket earlier this year.

Read more on Campos’ new career in Michael Barnes’ Out & About blog.
