Volunteer of the Year update
Months and months and MONTHS after receiving the nominations for our annual Volunteer of the Year contest, we are finally reviewing the applications. Winners should be chosen within the next week.
What’s fantastic about all of these nominations is that I’m seeing a lot of story ideas for future columns. There are so many great people around here, it would be a shame not to feature them in some way.
Thanks for all the help with this. I think we have about 70 nominations and all of them feature exceptional people.
