Series honors Japanese great Oshima

Progressive, censorship-averse Japanese auteur Oshima Nagisa gets feted by the Austin Film Society with the six-pix series “Smashing the Rules: Films of Oshima Nagisa,” running Tuesdays, Feb. 23 — April 6 at the Alamo South.
