More fun than a suit made of rocks
— The MTV Movie Awards won’t air until Thursday, but if you want to go ahead and find out what happened we won’t stop you.
— The Alamo South will have a one-time showing of “A Lion in the House” at 1 p.m. June 18. Variety says the documentary about children with cancer has “unflinching intimacy, uncommon compassion and, above all, a profound respect for the eternal enigma that is the human body.”
— Already better than the “Fantastic 4” sequel.
— Andre 3000 talks about the “Idlewild” soundtrack.
— A look ahead to “The Peaceful Warrior,” opening in Austin on June 23.
