Sanjaya survives yet again

So long, Stephanie Edwards.

We really, really hate to see you go — especially when we all know Sanjaya Malakar should have been the one booted tonight.

Sanjaya can no doubt thank the jerks over at VoteForTheWorst.com for helping him survive yet another week. Voters in Hawaii and on the East Coast are also to blame, according to Yahoo.

Sweet, sweet Stephanie didn’t even get a chance to say goodbye. The show ran long, forcing producers to cut short the final segment. All we saw at home was a quick shot of her wiping away tears, then the credits, then Brad Garrett’s horrid new sitcom. We understandably fled at that point.

This week’s other cellar-dweller? That’d be Chris Richardson.

As for Sanjaya, we can only hope his time’s almost up. Our poor ears can only take so much.

chris richardson and stephanie edwards deffinitely didn’t deserve to be in the bottom two! they’re amazing singers and i think chris did awesome last night! sorry, but sanjaya just needs to be sent home already! he’s a nice boy and all, but we all know that all the other contestants are way more talented than him.

Congrats Sanjaya!!!!! I have been a huge Stern fan for the past 20 years and thank you to both Howard and Dave of “www.votefortheworst.com who brought this movement to the nations’ attention.
It is about time the world acknowledges the clout Howard Stern has and his phenomenal influence. Despite the skeptics who believe his move to Sirius has hindered his impact on America and the Media, “Put this in your pipe and smoke it”. We cannot neglect the true looser of this outcome. That’s right, poor Eric the Midget. Now his tour has been ruined (Ha, Ha), and it is about time this ingrate gets a life and realizes this is simply a stupid television contest. If George W. Bush can somehow get elected, or at least be placed in the White House, having Sanjaya stick around for an additional week can’t be that difficult. After all, more people vote for American Idol than the Presidential Election. Unfortunately we should all make sure Eric the Midget doesn’t put a hit out on Howard, Sanjaya, Dave, or anyone for that matter. Continue voting so Sanjaya is the next American Idol.

Keep Voting,

Raziel

Poor Stephanie! She didn’t deserve to go so soon. Does she have to wait until everyone else puts out an album before she can?

For American Idol fun check out my friend’s youtube spoof on AI, he makes Paula Abdul satan out to possess an unsuspecting contestant. It is all set to Black Sabbath music. Must turn the music on for full humor effect.

I have no faith in American Idol as being a real talent show….. for after this week… it’s obviousuly not about TALENT. Too bad… I really enjoyed it for the talent and it comes down to just some random popularity contest…

It has reached a point with both American Idol and Dancing with the Stars that the judges should have the ability to override the public vote or maybe only allow the judges to vote. Would it make the ratings go down if the public did not have a say in the winner? The judges of both shows are clearly the experts.

I think that Sanjaya has no talent. I cant believe the hair do that he had. He was trying to do a mohawk but it just turned out looking really ugly. Sanjaya is still in because people are voting for him just to be funny. If Sanjaya wins American Idol I will stop watching American Idol. If he wins then I will get mad. He is also only still in because of his hair. Same with Taylor Hicks. The other girl so should have one but no he had to win because people were just voting for him because they thought that he was cool but obviosly the other girl should have one. If you agree with me than good for you because you rock! For the other people that disagree with me thats just to bad for you.

Sanjaya is really making a fool of himself. He can not sing. Let me repeat that….HE CAN NOT SING!!!!! Rumor is—-he is on the show for entertainment. NOT FOR ME—-he makes me want to puke. He is making a joke out of the competition. It’s websites like VFTW that are promoting him and idiot listeners that think it’s funny!! I hate that it has come to this!!

This child should have been the first one to go. Maybe he can sing, but in this competition his age is really his downfall. There is simply no emotional connection between him and the songs he sings and as far as being entertaining, he isn’t, he is dull and boring except for the strange things they do to his hair. Sadness, simply sadness.
