Former Clinton Adviser Agrees to Disbarment
Sandy Berger, the Clinton White House national security adviser who was caught stuffing classified documents into his clothing and taking them from the U.S. Archives, has consented to disbarment.
Under an agreement filed in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, Berger agreed to forfeit his law license but avoids cross-examination before the Board on Bar Counsel as well as disclosure of an affidavit detailing his misconduct.
Berger was convicted of illegally removing documents from the Archives in 2005. He was fined $50,000, sentenced to community service and ordered to undergo a polygraph test if requested. The Department of Justice, citing the absence of evidence of further wrongdoing, has declined to ask him to take the test.

I see the news distortion of “stuffing classified documents in his pockets” is alive and well, just like the misquote about Al Gore claiming he “invented the Internet.”
Berger never did a Fawn Hall. He said that he stuffed his NOTES that he took into his pants pockets.
Get your facts straight. It tends to make one more credible.

How do you know what he had in his pants? He never took the polygraph. Now, he accepts disbarment rather than answering questions. If there is no evidence of further wrongdoing, why doesn’t Justice give him the polygraph? Until he does, you need to check yourself on accuracy.

Hey Andy - apparently you can’t read, so get your facts straight. You even misquoted the article! Can you find the word “pants” in the above article??? I can’t. Talk about distortion…Fact is he did stuff documents in his clothing, his socks.
But then again, don’t let FACTS get in the way of your delusions.

Unbelievable thats ALL Berger got. If he had been a conservative, it would have been splashed on the screen every 3 minutes on cnn, msnbc, and the rest of the “psuedo news” liberally biased propaganda outlets. Anyone foolish enough to believe “there is no liberal media” has no way to reconcile the obvious and shameful anti -right tripe that spews from our media these days….. but judging from the utterly DISMAL ratings of the liberal liars “news networks”, it appears most have caught on and have sought more balanced news elsewhere, where they can hear/see more than one side pushed 24/7.
