Who can I sue. That is the american f*ing way. Sorry to hear about your mother, but why blame the dive operation? What did they do or not do to cause the death? Ambulance chasing lawyers need to be ground up for dog food.

Narcosis, maybe not such a good name for a dive operation.

its too bad when someone dies…..but due to the costs of legal expenses the insurance company will probably settle out of court. and they probably dont have anything to do w/ it. the way the world works now a days. sorry narc….but good luck

Is almost impossible to run a business here. You choose to dive, you have a licence to do it, why sue the business? Too bad that the moron left another 4. All family should be in the same trip.
