Chief Judge Kathleen Kroll was the absolutley biggest idiot ever to step foot in the 15th judicial circuit.She left that place a complete mess and in chaos because of her coverups and cronyism.She should be banned from judicial service by the Judicial Qualifications Commission effective immediatley

Definetly not the judge a man would want in family court that’s for sure.I was married for 5 years and was ordered to pay 50 million to my former wife.10 million per year of marraige.Nobody is worth that much.Even the bionic man Steve Austin was only worth 6 million.

I feel sorry for our youth with her at the helm of the juvenile division. She was a sorry excuse for a small claims court judge and an even sorry excuse for a family court judge. Look at how she handled the “secret” court files fiasco. She certainly has an agenda, but I don’t think justice has anything to do with it.

I Have read the BAEZ decision regarding Judge Martin Colin and various lawyers that have or continue to represent his now wife —-

How can those lawyers appear before Colin WITHOUT disclosing that fact?

Certainly a conflict !! And ETHICAl violation..

Puzzling at best…

If Judge Colin is a IRS evavder how can he serve on the bench in any division??

Judge Kroll did many good things. One very bad thing she did was ban officers and deputies from carrying their duty weapons past the entrance to the Courthouse. The Courthouse uses old tech metal detectors. Guns and knives can be made of non-metallic substances now (new tech). Officers were left, for the most part, defenseless. Hopefully that will change

Under Kroll’s watch Corrupt Judge Martin and his partner in crime Henry Handler were allowed to FIX CASES. Kroll allowed Colin to continue with case fixing, cronyism & Back room deals.

Kroll Finally took action after the JQC stepped in and REMOVED Colin from the FY Family to Probate.

Colin was recently discovered to be a FEDERAL TAX CHEAT (IRS) - Now a probate judge.

Colin also has LIED numerous times on his FORM 6 - FULL & PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INTERESTS.

Yes, she was very much an activist judge with an agenda… one that included an unholy alliance with one of the most irresponsible elected officials in the County - Clerk Sharon Bock. Bock and Kroll engineered many a back-room deal to replace court vendors and wrest control of the project from the County. Spending (wasting) millions of taxpayer dollars troubled them not in the least.

Good luck in Juvenile - your capacity to make bad decisions will at least be minimized.

Twenty years ago I lived in Lake Worth. My next door neighbor, Heidi cleaned houses for a living. And Judge Kroll was one of her clients. She always spoke very highly of Judge Kroll. She said she was a really good and kind person.

Years later I came before Judge Kroll on two minor traffic violations. I sat thru an hour of various felony & misdemeanor cases before my case came up. She was pretty tough on the animal abusers and took a pretty firm stand on some defendants charged with violent crimes. But overall she seemed very fair to me. When my case came up I was nervous as sh*t.

But she negated one of my traffic tickets and charged me a tiny $12 fine for the other one. I left her court room a happy camper! I was certainly no criminal and I felt justice had truly been done.

Another time I got sued by a former employer & I came before Judge Kroll again. It was a bogus complaint and she saw right thru it. She ruled in my favor and basically told the plaintiff to take a hike. He had the nerve to start arguing with her after she made her ruling and she just got up and dismissed the guy. She disappeared into her chambers with a swirl of her black robe. I thought she was pretty cool. Palm Beach County is losing a very good and honest judge when Kathleen Kroll makes her exit. We should be so lucky to have more like her.
