Port St. Lucie park tract won’t be sold

Although the city sent no notice of Monday's public hearing to neighbors of a 2-acre park site between Delos and Chari avenues and Batavia and Daniff streets, neighbor Terry Anderson was surfing the city's Web site last week and spotted a notice that the tract could be declared surplus property suitable for affordable housing.
