Denying the allegations is to be expected from this council.

These politicians won’t deny themelves a chance though to have their pictures plastered all over the place with their names in neon lights.

The taxpayers know who does the work and who takes credit for the work.

Margolis’s legal fees are not for us the taxpayers. Perhaps he should pay for the employee’s legal fees. No employee deserves to be horrassed, especially by a public servant.

I think this is a good wake up call for the Village Council.

Focus on the Village or your “full time jobs”, not yourselves!

Every politician needs a good wake up call now again. The taxpayers know who gets the job done and who gets in the way. Is it the council who decides whether or not the Village pays Margolis’s legal fees, I wonder? That’s what I call taxpayer harassment and if he expects the Village to pay his fees, he should offer to personally pay the employee’s legal fees. Listen up politicians, show respect for the employees that work for the village. You take advantage of all the freebees in town to self indulge in entertainment and meals while you have your faces plastered all over the newspapers accompanied by your names in neon lights. Isn’t the position about serving the public? Let’s see some service.

There is nepotism in the village.

Huh? Margolis says they are friends…and the woman had filed a hostile workplace suit.

Doesn’t sound right to me.

Something’s wrong in the village. Too many things happening.

Wonder what’s up? Had confidence in the council but this type of stuff keeps piling up.

The council perhaps is asking too much of the village staff.

The staff is not personal SERVANTS. The council needs to stop acting so arrogant.

Simma down!

If you didn’t call it a “village” you wouldn’t be able to have the village idiots who bought Lake Worth real estate for outrageous prices. But whatever you do don’t drink the water or let children play on the land, they both may contain some really bad chemical things!

I lived the first 18 years of my life in Wellington and its about time I leave DC and come home to run my hometown. Looks like to many snowbirds have come to South Florida and turned my hometown into a Yankee lovin cesspool. Vote for me in 2012!

This woman has earned the village good ratings.

Robert Margolis is out to seek a HIGHER office in the county.

This council is TOO involved in the business dealing and running of this village.

Just VOTE. Stop trying to insinuate yourselves in the personnel issues of the village.

Was that a coach who was fired?

Margolis needs to stop interferring in the on-going running of the village.

He and the rest of the council are able to VOTE, not run the Village.

Seems that many on the council think they are running a country club rather than a village.

Stop running to parties, polo games and start attending EVERY MEETING, WORKSHOP.

Smooth things OVER don’t interfere.

Seems if you have a relative on the council you can push forward any park issue. Didn’t ya hear…people want their taxes CUT no extra tracks in parks how about using an empty hocky ring instead of trying to take over parkland for racing vehicles.

I totally support Margolis and his quest to transform Wellington into a better community. Margolis is a proven leader and should be our next mayor. Lynn and his cronies need to go. Major changes need to take place this coming election.

Vice Mayor Margolis: Keep doing what you’re doing - you have great support throughout the Village for keeping up to speed on what is going on in village government. We elected you and the other councilmembers as our representatives, charged with ensuring government is operating as it should. Your job is, of course, to be a watchdog over Charlie Lynn - not an enviable job, but please keep at it.
