Unless Exline gives it ALL up on Frankel and every other single crook involved - and I mean everything, I agree with writer -double his sentence. Oh, and Moss’ comment that Exline was responsive? Exline never showed his face at a meeting unless it was election time, did not return calls or emails and has never even been seen in one of the businesses in the struggling Northwood business area. Moss, Exline, Liberti, most of the time Robinson and now Muoio and Douglas are nothing but talking heads of the Mayor. Get rid of every one of them.

We really need to do some housecleaning here Noone is above the law We need to start from the bottom and work our way up to the top They all are crooks and only think of themselves - let them walk in some of our shoes for a while and see how we live to keep our heads above water Give them all the maximum

Well- Did anyone check to see if Tony reported to the Federal Pen yet. We need photos and a headline in the PB Post. If a blue collar worker stole from his city or county job he/she would be fired and prosecuted without a delay such as this. Eline has mail fraud, embezzlement, honest service fraud….. and just being an S-HOLE. I think the feds should have a special type of punishment for these crooks IG have a Lemon aide stand in Bagdad or something.

The level of corruption in the government in Palm Beach County is alarming! Yes, he should do prison time. So should Tony Masolotti and all of the others. They didn’t care one bit about the people they were elected to serve - only about their own interests and lining their own pockets. They all make me sick and they all need to pay for what they have done.

He knew what he was doing was wrong. He now needs to do the time.

Are we Seriously DEBATING this? Of course this jerk needs to go to prison. Just like any 14 Year old that we catch stealing a 50cent candybar from Walmart. STICK HIS LAME A$$ IN PRISON.

I think a Lawmaker should be set to a higher standard than other People. In other words. I would love to see him get the absolute max. This man is extremely intelligent and deserves to sit in timeout for a few years and think about what he did.

GIMME A BREAK WITH THIS QUESTION: should he go to prison. If he doesnt, we might as all just go to the streets and starting stealing everything we want. F-it right?

When a city offical commits a crime they should be given the double minium mandatory sentence. We trust them with our tax dollars only to be lineing their own pockets. 5 YEARS should be good enough for the slimeball.

Where in the Constitution or common law does it say that letter writers decide the sentence of a convicted felon? Isn't that what we elect judges for?

corruption wins again!

why are people, especially kimberly mitchell , defending this bum, because “he is so intelligent”

He was intelligent enough to use west palm tax payers for his gain. he should receive 20 years in paris hiltons prison.

When the federales get done with this corruption by commissioners and their grateful developers they will have to hire a bus to transport them all to a federal prison.

Wait a second…who wrote letters on his behalf?? I’d want a closer look at their dealings, too. After all, birds of a feather…

By its a shame

its a shame…nothing happens to frunkel, Keekey Timeo of Aggregates, S. Cline, Boose, Newell, Marcus, etc…and this keystone cop of a commissioner goes to jail.

HIM BEING WHITE AND HAVING MONEY AND WHITE PEOPLES SUPPORT HE WILL ONLY GET PROBATION. IT IS STILL THE GOOD OLE BOY CIRCLE. MAYBE WE SHOULD GIVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE AND RE VOTE HIM INTO OFFICE.

AND WHAT ABOUT THE PROVIDENT OWNERS AND SANSBURY AS WELL AS ALL OF THE OTHER CROOKS…….

He’s a disgrace to all the other commissioners who manage to make millions without arousing any suspicions. Maybe President Bush will pardon him when he pardons Scooter Libby. You’ll do more time than Exline if you’re caught speeding on I95.

It’s good to see Prosecutors take down another one of these crooks. I’ll bet there are elected officials all over Palm Beach County sweating every knock on their door. This clean up isn’t over yet.
