Although I agree this woman does have a free right to express herself, isn’t public nudity just a little dramatic? I don’t think it would kill the woman to wear some clothes when she is around children and anyone on a public beach. Why is the First Amendment being dragged into this? That’s just desperate. Wear some clothes when innocent eyes can see you, Toni. No one is trying to dismantle your rights!

There is always going to be that ACLU freak that wastes everybodies time. In this case it was since 2003. Im sure she is a typical money hungry sue everybody lowlife! She will be back in the news in the near future with another stupid lawsuit. Nude in a park?….come on!

Michael’s opinion above is unfortunately common, but totally inaccurate. Wyner is not a lesbian. Nudists do not molest children. In fact, of the known children who grew up in nudist camps, none of the girls got pregnant as teens. You can’t say that for the rest of society. Its common for ignorant people to equate nudists with sex, but there is no correlation. Try not to be a biggot and judge other people’s religion - google “christian nudist” for more info.

Although Michael’s post is appalling, did you realize the laws of the state of Florida are already just as he would have? If a child were to see the nudists, they would be convicted as sex offenders and eventually have to live under a tree or bridge. So the nudists should thank the state for saving them from themselves. Apparently Jessica Lunsford’s dad is regretting the knee-jerk law he helped craft that is now going to put Jessica’s older brother under a tree or bridge eventually, for having an underage girlfriend.

Like it or not, its a fundamental premis of our legal system that each side pays for its own legal expenses. If you want to be a social poineer and stretch the limits of free speech and expression - knock your socks off. Just don’t expect the State to pay for your personal crusade if you run afoul of the local regulations.

I am sure you may be able to read even if your skills are rather limited according to your IQ but try to read about the concept about naturalism which started in the 20’s in Germany. I can not understand why people always see something dirty about the human body, is it because you are one of them who keeps sneaking into those porn shops after dark?

Lesbian wants to run around naked in front of children at the beach. All they want is to molest children. We need to stop them now. Whatever laws or constutions need to be updated to stop the perverts, lets do it now and protect the children.
