Idiot, these totals include all types of property; commercial, industrial and residential. They also include new construction and the automatic 2.5% increase from the Save OUr Homes cap. Do you honestly think your neighborhood is the only one in PBCnty? Are you so stupid to believe that the only type of property assessed is residential? Where do you shop, work, eat out? You’re too stupid for words. In fact, U R Nuts!
Agree 100% with Scapel (Scalpel?): budgets will be balanced once hundreds of unnecessary “managers” “coordinators”, et. etc. are eliminated. These are parasites that provide nothing of real value to their bosses - the taxpayers. No more bloated bureaucracies: out with these people. Perhaps it will be a good opportunity to get rid of a few entrenched managers and department directors who consider their jobs as entitlements and their departments as their personal kingdoms. Show some guts commissioners and councilpeople!
Where has the property values increased? I have kept a log of property values in my neighborhood for the past year and a half and the average prive has gone down close to 20%. where the hell do these idiots get their data? Time to clean house of these Politicians…namely you Nikolits!
This is unfortunate but MUST happen. We will all have to live without.
It may be that some union contracts will need to be renegotiated in order for there to be no layoffs. Do you think the veterans would do that for the rookies?
Too many fancy named positions need to be cut in the city and county.
They do NOT need EDUCATION liaisons, EVENT coordinators, EQUITY managers, and other UNnecessary positions. Those are the ones that need to be CUT first.
Start the surgery, lipo the excessive fat that has surrounded the bloated body of government.
