I am looking to purchase a single family home in a gated community in Boca Raton. I’m from out of country and just wondering if there is any way or any location where I can avoid spiking HOA fees due to high rates of delinquency. how often can these fees be raised and is there any limit on how much?

I am selling my 3br 2 bath home with pool in wellington for 227K. I am not upside down. This is not a short sale or foreclosure. Are these types of homes selling?

Two sour grapes

Its sad to see Kendra Todd go from the Apprentice to taking advantage of people. Michele Caldwell is even worse then Kendra Todd. Michele Caldwell even goes as far as signing the clients names on the application. she has been doing that her whole life. They should both be procescuted to the fullest extent of the law. If they ever did an audit on Caldwells files. They would see that the initial applications sent didnt even have the cleints signatures on them. The only time she would get signatures was the day the client had to close. I bet its more Michele Caldwells Fraud than Kendra. I would hate to be her if they ever pulled her files
