Palm Beach County foreclosure filings nearly doubled in 2008
Foreclosure filings rose 133 percent in Florida, 96 percent in Palm Beach County and 81 percent nationwide from 2007 to 2008, RealtyTrac says today.
Palm Beach County ranked 16th among U.S. metro areas in percent of housing units in foreclosure. Here’s the partial list:

Again, one must be able to AFFORD the object being traded.
Also, if people SAVED MONEY none of this would be a problem.
Decide needs vs. wants.
Only buy what you can afford.
Tear up your credit cards.
Stop worrying about the Jones’.
And, lastly SAVE MONEY (you are going to need it in the years to come).

It seems so unfair that we have to pay the bill for companies whose CEOs are making tens of millions even if they drove their company into collapse. What can you do? Opt out! Just choke off these parasites by being independent of the system. Cut up your cards, save your money so that you don’t need bank loans, live within your means. Another-words: respect the value of money because it represents sweat on your part. Each dollar can be equated to the time and effort that it took for you to make. You only have a certain amount of hours in your life and you are paying with time that you will not get back. When you file a law suit on someone frivolously, you are in effect stealing time from their lives. You will be punished for that (carma).
