This article is very incomplete. It does not explain why these sales are doc-stamp-exempt. It does not tell the reader how to tap into this loophole for their own transaction. It does not tell why this loophole has not been repealed and which of our representatives are enabling these loopholes to continue. The Palm Beach Post does not interview any of these enablers. The Palm Beach Post only incites anger against the haves but they are just as complicit because they do not bring light to the subject in a useful way.

Years ago I was a member of Citizens Against Government Waste. I later let my membership lapse because I realized that even this organization benefits from these abuses. There is no way to fight the wrongs as long as everyone is benefiting from the status quo. The only thing we can do is to vote with our pocket books and wallets. I will not purchase anything that is not made in the USA if I can find a comparable product that is US made. I will not give the credit card companies any money to continue to enslave us with debt. We will not have this power for long because our government is wasting our money at a record pace. Either way, don’t fall for the idea of Republican against Democrat. The Republicans waste our money on overpaying for defense and lowering taxes. Democrats create a welfare country that leads us down the poverty path even faster. They are two heads of the same beast. Thomas Jefferson warned us to love our country and distrust our government. We now see why he believed this.
