Congressional districts 19, 16, 22 rank high in foreclosures

A Congressional district in northern California has the highest foreclosure rate of the nation’s 435 House seats, according to this analysis by Hotpads.

In California’s first district, represented by Dennis Cardoza, nearly 4.6 percent of the homes are in foreclosure. Coming in at No. 435 is a district in the mountains of Virginia with almost no foreclosures.
