The new owner of Moroso Motorsports Park paid $10.4 million for 196 acres west of Jupiter, property records show.

Moroso Investment Partners paid the Moroso family $7.5 million for the race track, according to deeds. It also paid $1.5 million for the former Rood Landscape office along the Beeline Highway and $1.4 million for a gas station along the Beeline.

Joseph Lubeck, the track’s new managing partner, said other money changed hands in addition to the property sale, but he declined to offer details. Lubeck announced yesterday that he and two partners were the new owners of the Moroso facility. The track is closed for renovations.
