Federal prosecutors say Berry Louidort, Ralph Michel and Lauren Jasky used inflated appraisals and bogus loan applications to scam lenders of millions.
The three were arrested in late April. Five examples of their deals, according to prosecutors:

The house: 10581 Versailles Blvd., WellingtonSale price: $1.9 million, April 2007
Previous sale: $943,441, February 2006
Alleged kickback: $650,000 to Ralph Michel
Real estate commission: $48,000 to RE/MAX Direct
Mortgage broker commission: $41,242 to Compass Mortgage Services
Loan status: Last payment made August 2007; Bank of New York filed foreclosure proceedings in January

The house: 10577 Versailles Blvd., Wellington
Sale price: $1.75 million, June 2007
Previous sale: $877,730, February 2006
Alleged kickback: $600,000 to Ralph Michel
Mortgage broker commission: $35,218 to Compass Mortgage Services
Loan status: Bank of New York filed foreclosure proceedings in January

The house: 14979 Horseshoe Trace, Wellington
Sale price: $1.04 million, May 2007
Previous sale: $789,900, December 2005
Alleged kickback: $205,000 to Ralph Michel
Mortgage broker commission: $10,868 to Compass Mortgage Services
Loan status: Last payment made August 2007; Chase Home Finance filed foreclosure proceedings in February

The house: 16218 Rosecroft Terrace, west of Delray Beach
Sale price: $1.03 million, June 2007
Previous sale: $677,018, June 2006
Alleged kickback: $250,000 to Berry Louidort
Real estate commission: $46,500 to Lisa Jasky of Keller Williams Realty
Mortgage broker commission: $29,080 to Compass Mortgage Services
Loan status: Last payment made September 2007; JP Morgan Chase filed foreclosure proceedings in March

The house: 8769 Wellington View Drive, unincorporated Palm Beach County
Sale price: $1.2 million, February 2007
Previous sale: $782,993, October 2005
Alleged kickback: $270,000 to Berry Louidort
Real estate commission: $22,500 to Lisa Jasky of Keller Williams Realty
Loan status: Last payment made October 2007; Chase Bank Finance filed foreclosure proceedings in March
