Abacoa plans hotel, offices
Miami hotel developer Finvarb Corp. has paid $3.9 million for a 1.5-acre site at Abacoa Town Center in Jupiter. It plans a 160-room hotel near Florida Atlantic University and Roger Dean Stadium, says Peter Reed of Rendina Cos.
Palm Beach County ranks among the nation’s leaders in hotel occupancy and room rates.
Meantime, Rendina plans a 60,000-square-foot office building at Abacoa. It expects to break ground late next year on University Professional Center (rendering below).

Abacoa? Isn’t that the quaint village you can walk around and get wasted and eat at Dumpy Bay? Abracadabra! Poof! Heres another hotel and some more sprawl for north county. And we won’t stop paving until Jupiter melds into West Palm Beach so the undesireables at City Place will have more opportunities to rob white people! Go Rendina Go! Wooohoooo!
