Once again, Jeff can not understand the simplest fundamentals of Real Estate practice.

Mr. Stracuzzi is a broker, currently operating his own office. He is not currently an agent.

A broker is a broker and an agent is an agent. Two different licenses, two different jobs.

Apparently Mr. Stracuzzi wants to close his shop. Jeff does not make clear whether MR. Stracuzzi is being named broker of record in a Re-Max shop, or simply reverting to working as an agent (known as a “broker agent” in another broker’s shop, since he need not surrender his broker’s license).

I beleive I mention this a few months ago that we would see small RE offices close up or merge with other offices…..and that the broker’s of some of these offices would keep the top two sellers and let go everyone else who did not produce enough to get that free Hawaiian vacation trip or the knife set for the one who came into second place on selling……for those who own condos, your condo associations will raise your association fees to cover those owners who went into bankruptcy and cannot pay for their own fees……I read Rich R. anti-jewish article, and first thought that Pie Boy got hit hard in the pocket by some New Yorkers….then I thought it was strange for Rich R. to say something like that…….then we see Rich R. claimed he did not write that article about jews and mormons…..maybe it was “Son of Rich R.” at work!!!!……something wrong of having jews in our congress and senate??????…..we have blacks, women, gays, christians, non-christians, many who cheat on their spouse’s, several drug addicts, several draft dodgers, some mexicans, and a few cripples that are in control of our govt…….so why not a Mormon in the White House????….Romney would give a whole new meaning of “Big Love” that Bill Clinton would be jealous of…….a harem would be ok to greet VIP’s as they come to the White House….better than having a chubby little whore with a pizza underneath the desk in the Oval Office………….I see Lou Dobbs was in town with his wife, Debi, this past weekend…… Looks like Dobbs picked her up along our border with Mexico…..I wonder if she was his housekeeper before becoming Ms. Dobbs?????……….Ft. Lauderdale is the #5 desination for gays to spend their money at…..double than what a straight couple would spend on a trip to Lauderdale…….I like to watch old cowboy movies, and since that dumb gay cowboy came out, here are my top ten cowboy movie lines that would never sound the same since “Brokeback Mountain” came out…..

Anyone read the Sunday Sun-Sentinel article about how some areas are being overtaken by people from Brazil, Venzuela and Guatamla????….Jupiter has a big population of Guatamalans…..Weston has a large group of people from Venzuela….but there is no truth that Hugo Chavez will run for mayor in Weston in the next election……but you people in Deerfield Beach, you have all those hot looking girls from Brazil on your beaches…. ….I saw so many good hot looking, implated silicon jewish girls at the Boca Mall the other day….they were buying up the shops as their husband was working off his a*s to pay off those credit card bills for them……when a guy hooks up with a jewish girl, the guy is asking for financial trouble…..I really think that CW should take his wife to the Boca Mall and scout out all the MILF’s for the night……CW, you are such a dirty old man….welcome to the club!……..I swear that I saw RCA at the mall….he was sitting at a fountain near Nordstrom…..the guy was in his 70’s, eatting a “snack pack” pudding as I walked pasted him……….There is an aritcle about a house in Duncanville, Texas….neighbors complained that the activity in the house might lower their property values…..what is going on there you ask????…a sex club party every Friday night……hundreds of people show up…….I bet there is more scoring going on there than at a Dallas Cowboys game…….Wellington use to be like that back in the late 80’s…..and you thought only horses were doing the jumping out there……..and finally……this is for Rich R…….Doing my Christmas shopping, and I walked into a seasonal toy shop….and what did I see….but a “Mayberry-opoly” game…..No Sh*t….it had the names of all the places from the show……the most expensive real estate spot was Andy Taylor’s house….ha ha ha ….but the best part were the game pieces…..the game markers were Andy’s badge, jail keys, Barnie’s bullet, Opey’s sneaker, Floyd’s Barber shop pole…..and I am not joking….Aunt Bee’s pie …..ha ha ha ……..Rich R. needs to buy that game for all those people he hooks up with for his lake side trailer lot deals that he does…………So Rich R., or Son of Rich R., if either one says anymore bad remarks about the jews in this country….Santa might put black coal in your stocking…….Who would you want in the White House????….A Mormon?…..Obama and Oprah?……a guy named Huckaberry?……A Mafia/ex-NYC mayor?….or another Clinton?…….please, anyone whose last named is not Clinton or Bush…….btw CW, what do you think how Chelsea is looking these days??????……get to the Boca Mall before Christmas…..that place is filled with high priced hookers and whores!!!!!!

The National Association of Realtors are the pond scum of trade associations, representing the lowest level of US workers.

The Association spins lies, fables, and propaganda about the housing market, always intent on suckering people into buying houses to pay their realtors unrealistic commissions for doing next to nothing.

It’s ridiculous that any newspapers, including this one, still print the garbage and BS this schlock group releases to misinform the public to the realtors advantage.

Every homebuilder, every bank, and every real estate analyst is predicting one of the worst years ever for housing in 2008, yet the garbagemeisters at the NAR are “UPGRADING”, attempting to misinform the public again and create a perception that things aren’t as bad as they are.

The realtors want to blame the press for their misfortunes, instead of looking in the mirror and blaming themselves for the disaster they’ve created and reaped (some may say raped) unbelievable profits.

Lawrence Yun, who the realtors call an “economist” (read as chief fairytale spinner) is nothing more than another worthless Realtor saleperson spreading maneur to anyone that will still listen. Unfortunately, the Sun-Sentinel still allows these liars to publish misinformation harmful to the general public in its’ paper.

It’s about time the media investigates these liars and thieves for the crooks they are, instead of letting them use the newspaper as a tool to spread their propagaganda.

From now on, whenever buying a house or condo in the future, tell the seller you won’t buy the property if a realtor is involved. No one that’s a member of this “trade group” should ever profit again after the debacle they created with their systematic lies, misinformation, and GREED!
