Vick on verge: What should he do?

According to two reliable sources, Falcons quarterback Michael Vick is on the verge of accepting a plea agreement on Federal dogfighting charges.
He reportedly has until Friday to accept the agreement.
Should Vick maintain his innocence and go to trial to face the charges against him? Or is it in his better interest to plead guilty to some degree, and accept whatever punishment is meted out?
