Jamaal Evans to miss today’s game
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Miami — Georgia Tech kick returner and backup running back Jamaal Evans will miss today’s game so he can be with his sister, who was in an auto accident. Evans, a sophomore, returned home to the Dallas suburb of Irving, Texas, Tech spokesman Dean Buchan said.

Hope we won’t need a running back today, need to pass. Watch us fumble a kick off in what is suppose to be a close game, three point spread. Evans is doing the right thing no matter what happens to us. Solid kid, Tech has a few like that that never get noticed.

Regardless of what happens at the game, this type of event should put things in perspective. Prayers to Jamaal’s sister and the family.

Come on Chan. You have to review that call. DJ Jones clearly had the football. But no not Chan Gailey. He just lets them score the Touchdown. What is wrong with you Chan. It is definitely time to fire him.

Any way to get a follow up on the Evans family situation? Hope all is well for a fine young man and a fellow Techster.
