Warriors: still number one!!!

The Warriors faced off against the Murray County Indians and shut them out 59-0. The Warriors did not start off well, but picked up and defended their first number one rank since the second year the school was open which was 48 years ago. Bryan Presume scored 6 points off the Indians fumbles and so did Alozo Jones, the next time Murray county had possesion. Calvin Middleton and Rico Mack pushed the score up to 38-0 with a touchdown a piece. Labron Houston scored his first touchdown of the year moving the score to 45-0. Running 36 yards Darius Doughtry scored the last touchdown of the game leaving Nick Burton to score the final feild goal point to end with 59-0. Not only are the Warriors number one in the state, but they also hold the place of 46th out of every high school team in the nation!!! Next week is a bye week, but the Warriors will use that time to prepare for a big win the next week’s home game against the Etowah Eagles.
