Creekview routs Our Lady of Mercy 43-7. It was a long night for the inexperienced OLM Bobcats. On their first possession, what appeared to be a touchdown and a 6-0 lead was wiped out by a penalty. This should have been an indication that it would be a long night for the OLM Bobcats. Creekview scored a touchdown on its first possession and a field goal on its second possession for a 10-0 lead. The rout began as OLM could not mount any offense. OLM trailed Creekview 37-0 at the half. OLM had another touchdown in the 2nd half called back due to a penalty. Finally, OLM put a touchdown on the board in the final quarter to prevent a shutout. Dominique McDermott had some good receptions for OLM, Christian Willis had a few good runs, and Will Simmons had a good game defensively. Next week, OLM has a bye week to straighten out some execution flaws on offense and defense. Go Bobcats!!!
