Rough start for WHS

Friday night Whitewater suffered a huge loss against Newnan. The first half was great for the wildcats with a touchdown interception by Chris Asbury in the first three minutes, making the score 7 to 0. In the second half Newnan came out with all guns firing scoring three impressive touchdowns. Newnans intimidating defensive line kept running back, Collin Wooddy, for gaining any much needed yardage the whole game. The wildcats kicker JC Jennings gained points with every kick he attempted helping the wildcats but not taking them to victory. The final score of the game was Whitewater 13 Newnan 21. The cats play the Sandy Creek Patriots this friday at 7:30 at SC. Gooooo Cats!
