Georgia High School Basketball State Tournament Blog

It’s not even March, but the madness has already begun across Georgia.

The state basketball tournament tipped off this weekend. Here’s where our reporters were Saturday night.
Chris Whitfield — Harrison-Wheeler
Michael Alpert — North Cobb-Centennial
Todd Holcomb — Milton-Marietta (Coach Hood’s final tourney)
Rob Morton — Walton-McEachern.

Check out their updates below.

Here’s their game stories too:

We had two photographers at games as well. Check out their best shots here.

But if we’re not at your game of interest, help us all out by posting your scores, highlights and reactions for all of Saturday’s first-round showdowns right here at State Tournament Central.

We appreciate it, and your fellow fans who couldn’t be at the game do too.
