Everybody’s really looking forward to this — no matter which side they are on.

I predict this debate will be seriously ho-hum and will have no impact whatsoever on the fact that McCain is done, he just won’t admit it yet.
The way the GOP forced the debate to have very little if any interaction between the candidates means that Sarah will be able to spit out her scripted sound bites and Biden will play it safe, and not try to show that she’s highly unqualified.
McCain is not a well man. We definitely do not need Palin waiting for him to die - she may not wait long.

There is no way Palin will come away on top. Biden knows too much and she is too ignorant and inexperienced for there to be another possibility. If her interviews are anything to go by, she will simply make a fool out of herself and again prove her inability to form a coherent, relevant sentence.

I’m sorry, I just cannot envision Governor Palin as being a heartbeat away from the Presidency.

I am watching the debates and I see that Palin has been very well rehearsed.

**Palin will win…she can’t do any worse than what she has been. Plus, the answers are scripted…she doesn’t have to think.”

Palin will win…she can not do any worse than what she has already done. Plus the answers are already written out for her…she can’t miss, and she doesn’t have to think!

Body count: In the last six months 292 killed (murdered) in Chicago, 221 killed in Iraq. Sens. Barack Obama & Dick Durbin,
Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr.,
Gov. Rod Blogojevich,
House leader Mike Madigan,
Atty. Gen. Lisa Madigan (daughter of Mike),
Mayor Richard M. Daley (son of former Mayor Richard J. Daley)….. the leadership in Illinois…..all Democrats. Chicago is a combat zone. Of course they’re all blaming each other. State pension fund $44 Billion in debt, worst in country. Cook County (Chicago) sales tax 10.25% highest in country. (Look’em up if you want). Chicago school system one of the worst in country. This is the political culture that Obama comes from! He’s gonna ‘fix’ Washington politics? Yeah, right!

This is like watching the Ohio State Buckeyes play an SEC team for a football national championship. Palin being Ohio State.

Will Palin answer one question without saying “energy”. I can’t see her as being a heartbeat away from the presidency.

“Stand up, Chuck! Oh, God love you!” I guess we know why Biden is only the veep candidate. If Obama, the Messiah had been there, Chuck would have been healed! Regardless, Biden is the most incompetent vice presidential candidate since Dan Quayle.

Now she is starting to sound more like the Palin from the Couric interviews.
And if she says executive, business owner, gas and oil regulator…. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Quit pretending.

change1, your words fall on deaf ears here. Obviously you’re not gay or black.
How does it feel Obama lovers? You live in a state that will vote overwhelmingly for McCain/Palin. Move on to another state!

I have never seen a debate like this! My question is “what the heck was McCain thinking putting her in front of the world”? Palin is avoiding questions, and simply not answering them if she chooses, and after she answers the questions (like 30 minutes later), she doesn’t even answer correctly. WOW! I heard she was dumb, but this is ridiculous! Also, those questions are so easy to answer we could get a bunch of first graders to answer better. That lady is giving me a headache!! Now do you see why we all need to get out and vote!! ROCK THE VOTE!!

How does it feel to live in a country that is going to elect Obama?

Obama has experience all right, SO let’s rest the country in the hands of a “community organizer” with ties to organized crime, radical socialists, and racist theologians. That’s the kind of experience this nation does not need.

You’ve been living under the same rock as Palin if you think the state of Georgia which of course includes ATL, will overwhelmingly vote for McCain!! (Only if they cheat which is possible).Come on now, “I betcha if ya got out more like to Atlantic Station, Phipps PLaza, Decatur, or anywhere in GA. you’d change your story”.
