It was do-or-die time for Barack Obama. If he hadn’t won South Carolina, as now projected, his momentum would have slowed to a crawl and he’d have been quite unlikely to win any other states.
Conversely, since he has won S.C., he has a few days to try to regain the trust of some white voters, who were either chased off in S.C. by Bill Clinton’s race talk or dispirited by the ugliness between Obama and Hillary Clinton and turned to Edwards.

Whatever the black voting population is , is what he’ll receive.
Given the replacement rates for blacks vs. whites, in about 2 election cycles there will be enough blacks to elect their own candidate.

It’s a real shame that we live next door and work with a lot of these racists on these blogs. By the way they falsely conduct themselves in daily life, one would never know that they could make such ignorant and racist statements such as Ray Goff’s comments. The Ray Goffs of the world will NEVER reveal their real names…they simply like to release their racist fury in these blogs and hide. NEVER will such racist comments as made on this blog be made to an African American’s face. Such cowards….and yes Obama or Hillary will have my vote….believe that!

At least blacks can no longer say they do not judge by the color of one’s skin. They are every bit as rednecked as any whites who won’t vote for people of color.
We are no further along in race relations today than the day MLK was shot. Whether black or white we still judge by skin color, and that includes Jay Bookman and Cynthia Tucker.

Ray Goff is a Ku Klux Klinton supporter, he obviously took the wrong turn to the white power rally.
Ever wonder why democrats are the ones that impose their politically correct rules of conduct on everyone else? It’s because they need them, they fully understand how many bigots there are in their party and are trying to keep them quite.

Surely, the Clinton’s feel jilted by black voters in SC. But, they undoubtedly thought they had the black vote all but captured on the basis of Bill’s “Black President” tag. Just goes to show that blacks vote black when they have a choice. Too bad for Obama that blacks still only account for about 14% of the total US population. He’s gonna need lots of white support to make it to the White House.
