Open House for New City Hall
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Johns Creek residents curious about the City Hall located at 12000 Findley Road can receive special treatment and learn things they never knew before at the official Grand Opening Celebration on Monday.
The city is leasing the third floor and part of the fourth floor of the blue-glass building at the corner of Findley and Medlock Bridge roads.
City officials in March signed a five-year, $630,000-a-year lease with Technology Park/Atlanta for 30,000 square feet of office space. The first six months are free. The city paid $1 million to make the empty space useable.
