Slim sushi?

If your answer to eating light for the night is going out for sushi, then it’s a good idea to know a few key pieces of nutrition information before you choose your pieces of sushi. Sure a few slices of raw fish with bowl of miso soup are a dieter’s best friend, but start filling up on sushi rolls filled with tempura battered shrimp and mayonnaise-based sauces and you might as well be at Long John Silver’s for fried fish and tartar sauce.

Bellying up to the sushi bar isn’t always a slam dunk for slimmers. What do you get when you go out for sushi??
