High fat or wrong fat?

More people seem to care about the kind of fats their eating, not just how much.
A Food and Health survey conducted by The International Food Information Council (IFIC) found that 72% of Americans say that they are concerned with both the amount and the type of fat they are consume, compared to 66 % last year. So, do you reach for olive oil and avocado instead of butter and cheese?
Do you feel like there’s more attention in the news and talk in medical circles about identifying “good fats” and “bad fats” instead of just crying out for less fat?
