Indiana loss puts Hawks in a bind
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
It seems that the Pacers have the Hawks number this year. The Hawks just can’t seem to win in Indianapolis (0-2 this season).
Now, the Hawks have four games remaining with a two game lead over the Pacers. The Hawks have two playoff-bound teams to play (Boston and Orlando) and two lottery-bound teams (Miami and the Knicks).
The Pacers, meanwhile, also play the Knicks, but play the Bobcats, Washington and the Sixers. The Pacers are 2-1 in the season series with the Hawks and hold all tiebreakers.
Bottom line, Hawks fans; The Hawks can’t afford to lose any more games.
