The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
As the Hawks got their first win against division opponent Washington the other night, things looked real easy.
After all, Mike Bibby led the team with 23 points and Joe Johnson contributed with 18 points and 10 assists.
But, remember when when it wasn’t easy? Remember when the Wizards had won 12 of 15 games against the Hawks before Monday’s win? Remember when Antawn Jamison would beat the Hawks with his points, but mostly with his rebounding?
But now Mike Bibby is a Hawk and he is doing the things needed for this team to win. Things like creating opportunities for his teammates. While the team is not guaranteed a victory every time Bibby takes the floor, I like the Hawks’ chances.

Hells Yes. Even when he’s not making shots he exudes the confidence that make other people around him better. I think everyone believes we have enogh talent, but if we have the confidence that no one can beat us I like our future. Short term and Long term.

you are welcome hawk fans. As a loyal kings fan I know what type of player you are recieving, I am glad that one of the team’s fans were happy. I hate the trade and the maloofs have gone crazy.

I must say having Mike Bibby in our team really makes things easier for the hawks. But as a hawks fan i feel like we should have gotten more wins then what we have know with Bibby. We should be in the 6th or 7th spot in the east but instead we are playing for the 8th spot. Now im not saying it was a bad trade for Bibby cause i think it was a great trade. I just thought we would do a little better on winning games.
