Question

Does anyone know why the Hawks shot a three-pointer at the end of regulation? All they needed was a two to win.

First, let’s worry about getting the wins. Then, we’ll worry about winning in style…

I look at the box stats after each Hawks game and I certainly am not a coach, but when 2 players of any team are taking over 60% of the team’s shots at the basket, I think I could draw up a defensive plan that could either alter there shooting form or cause them to have to take some out of position shots. It is time the coach got the rest of the Hawks players involved in the offense in order to spread the defense of the opposing team. Surely we have other players who can score points and give the Hawks more scoring balance, let’s give them that opportunity.
